Addictive Alchemy Errata

Page 13 says:

Alchemist’s Fire

Foe: 1 hand damage.

1) Target foe puts 1 potion from their hand into their discard pile. If they do not have 1
potion in their hand, nothing happens.

It should say:

Alchemist’s Fire

Foe: 1 hand damage.

1) Target foe puts 1 potion from their hand into their scrap pile. If they do not have 1
potion in their hand, nothing happens.

 

The following cards were not included in the manual. You can find their detailed rules below:

 

VectoriaDesigns

Natural

All: Draw 1 potion.
Previous Foe: Discard your hand.
All Foes: 1 hand damage.
Foe: 1 hand damage.

1) Each player draws 1 potion from the top of their deck. If they cannot draw a potion, they shuffle their discard, and turn it into their deck. They continue drawing until they have drawn enough potions. (If they cannot do so they are eliminated.)
2) The player to the right of the current player puts all of the cards in their hand into their discard pile.
3) Each of your foes picks 1 potion in their hand, and puts it into their scrap pile. If they have no cards in hand, nothing happens.
4) Pick a foe. That foe puts 1 potion, of their choice, from their hand into their discard pile. If they have no cards in hand, nothing happens.

 

Dangerous

All: Draw 2 potions.
You: 2 hand damage.
Previous Foe: 1 hand damage.

1) Each player draws 2 potions from the top of their deck. If they cannot draw a potion, they shuffle their discard, and turn it into their deck. They continue drawing until they have drawn enough potions. (If they cannot do so they are eliminated.)
2) Select 2 potions from your hand, and put them in your scrap pile. If you do not have enough potions in your hand, put your entire hand in your scrap pile.

NerdBurger

Natural

Next Foe: 1 hand damage. 1 deck damage. 1 discard damage.

1) The player to the left of the current player selects 1 potion from their hand, and puts it into their scrap pile. If they have no potions in hand, nothing happens.
2) That same player puts the top potion of their deck into their scrap pile. If they have no potions in their deck, nothing happens.
3) That same player picks 1 potion from their discard, and puts it in their scrap pile. If they have no potions in their discard, nothing happens.

 

Dangerous

You: 2 deck damage.
Previous Foe: 1 deck damage.

1) Put the top 2 potions of your deck into your scrap pile. If you do not have 2 potions in your deck, put your entire deck into your scrap pile.
2) The player to the right of the current player puts the top potion of their deck into their scrap pile. If they have no potions in their deck, nothing happens.

The Meeple Mechanic

Natural

You: Heal 1 random potion from your scrap pile.
Previous Foe: Discard your hand or discard your deck.

1) Shuffle your scrap pile. Select 1 potion from it without looking. Put that potion in your hand. If you have no potions in your scrap pile nothing happens.
2) The player to the right of the current player selects either their deck or their hand.
3) If they select their deck, they put their entire deck in their discard pile.
4) If they select their hand, they put their entire hand in their discard pile.

 

Dangerous

Next Foe: Heal 1 potion from your scrap pile.
Previous Foe: Draw 4 potions. Discard 2 potions.

1) The player to the left of the current player selects 1 potion from their scrap pile, and puts it in their hand. If they have no potions in their scrap pile, nothing happens.
2) The player to the right of the current player draws 4 potions from the top of their deck. If they cannot draw a potion, they shuffle their discard, and turn it into their deck. They continue drawing until they have drawn enough potions. (If they cannot do so they are eliminated.)
3) That same player selects 2 potions from their hand, and puts them in their discard pile. If they do not have enough potions in their hand, nothing happens.

Loose Staples

Natural

You: Draw 1 potion. Discard 2 potions.
Previous Foe: Unlock 1 side effect. Flip 1 side effect.
Next Foe: Draw 3 potions.

1) Draw 1 potion from the top of your deck. If you cannot draw a potion, shuffle your discard, and turn it into your deck. Continue drawing until you have drawn enough potions. (If you cannot do so you are eliminated.)
2) Select 2 potions from your hand, put them in your discard pile. If you do not have enough potions in your hand, put your entire hand in your discard pile.
3) The player to the right of the current player selects 1 side effect that is locked, and unlocks it. The selected side effect must be locked. If there are no locked side effects, nothing happens.
4) That same player selects 1 side effect that is unlocked, and flips it to other side. In this way if the side effect is natural, it is turned over to the dangerous side, and if it is dangerous it is turned over to the natural side. The selected side effect cannot be locked.
5) The player to the left of the current player draws 3 potions from the top of their deck. If they cannot draw a potion, they shuffle their discard, and turn it into their deck. They continue drawing until they have drawn enough potions. (If they cannot do so they are eliminated.)

 

Dangerous

Next Foe: Unlock 1 side effect. Flip 1 side effect.
All: 1 deck damage if your side effect is dangerous.

1) The player to the left of the current player selects 1 locked side effect, and unlocks it. The selected side effect must be locked. If there are not locked side effects, nothing happens.
2) That same player selects 1 unlocked side effect, and flips it to its other side. In this way, if the side effect is natural, it is turned over to the dangerous side. If it is dangerous, it is turned over to the natural side. The selected side effect cannot be locked.
3) Each player looks at the 2 potions in their system, and identifies those potions’ colors. They find the side effect that matches those colors. If that side effect is dangerous, they put the top potion of their deck into their scrap pile. If their deck is empty, nothing happens. If the side effect that matches the colors of their two potions is natural, nothing happens.

Ataxic Fog

Natural

Foe: 1 deck damage.
Foe: 1 deck damage.
You: After drinking a green potion, unlock 1 side effect, and lock 1 side effect.

1) Select a foe. That foe puts the top potion from their deck into their scrap pile. If they have not deck, nothing happens. 2) Select a foe. It may be the same foe previously selected, or a new foe. That foe puts the top potion from their deck into their scrap pile. If they have no potions in their deck, nothing happens. 3) During your turn, after you finish the effects of playing a potion that is colored green, do the following: Select 1 locked side effect. Unlock that side effect. You cannot select a side effect that is already unlocked. Select 1 unlocked side effect. You cannot select a locked side effect. Lock that side effect.

 

Dangerous

You: 1 deck damage.
Foe: Unlock 1 side effect.
You: After drinking a blue potion, 1 deck damage.

1) Put the top potion of your deck into your scrap pile. If you have no potions in your deck, nothing happens. 2) Select a foe. That foe selects 1 locked side effect, and unlocks it. The selected side effect cannot be unlocked. If there are no locked side effects, nothing happens. 3) During your turn, after you finish the effects of playing a potion that is colored blue, put the top potion of your deck into your scrap pile. If you have no potions in your scrap pile, nothing happens.

AndoCon

Natural

Previous Foe: Unlock all side effects. Lock 2 side effects.
All Foes: 1 deck damage if your side effect is locked.

1) The player to the current player’s right unlocks all side effects, selects to 2 side effects, and locks them.
2) Each foe will look at the 2 potions in their system, and identify those potions’ colors. They will find the side effect that matches those 2 colors. If that side effect is locked, they will take the top potion of their deck, and put it in their scrap pile. If there are no potions in their deck, nothing happens. If the side effect that matches the colors of their potions is unlocked, nothing happens.

 

Dangerous

You: Unlock 1 side effect. 1 hand damage.
Previous Foe: Put 3 potions from your scrap pile into your previous foe’s scrap pile.

1) Select 1 locked side effect, and unlock it. The selected side effect cannot be unlocked. If there are no locked side effects, nothing happens.
2) Select 1 potion from your hand. Put it in your scrap pile. If you have no potions in your hand, nothing happens.
3) The player to the current player’s right select s 3 potions of their choice from your scrap pile, and puts them in their scrap pile.

All Us Geeks

Natural

Next Foe: 1 deck damage.
You: Activate 1 potion from your discard.

1) The player to the left of the current player takes the top potion from their deck, and puts it in their scrap pile. If they have no potions in their deck, nothing happens.
2) Select 1 potion in your discard pile. Reveal it to the other players. Activate its abilities as if you played it. It does not go into your system. Put it back into your discard pile. If there are no potions in your discard pile, nothing happens.

 

Dangerous

Next Foe: Activate 1 potion from your discard.
Previous Foe: 1 deck damage.
